20 ANNI DI FESTA A BELLINZONA

Celebrate 20 years of Swiss Italian festivities at the historic Bellinzona Heritage Restaurant. Robyn Davies, Head Chef at Bellinzona, will prepare a feast matched with local wines from Ellender Estate, Fontanella Winery, Sailors Falls Estate and Passing Clouds. Be entertained by Sergio Ercole, one of Australia's most respected and leading Latin and classical guitarists.
Robyn Davies
Robyn Davies continues her support of organic local produce and the slow food movement in the region. Robyn was a dual runner up of the Swiss Italian Festa's Commercial Regional Pasta Dish competition. In 1990 she opened the Harvest Café, the first café/restaurant in Daylesford to support local produce, music and arts and thus helping to establish the area now known as one of the best foodie locations of Victoria.
Sergio Ercole
Born in Florence, Italy, Sergio moved with his family to Melbourne in 1980 and he fell in love with the guitar. Sergio has studied and performed throughout the Mediterranean, he mastered flamenco guitar in Spain, studied in Sienna and performed with Italy's guitar greats along the Adriatic Coast. His latest album, La Dolce Chitarra, beautifully captures his incredible classical proficiency and his love for his Italian musical heritage and culture. This album, which will be available on the night, is an invitation to a traditional Italian festa, told through the story of song. Most recently Sergio composed and performed the title track in Frank Lotito's romantic comedy ‘Big Mumma's Boy'.
