12:00pm – Street Parade
The festivities kick off with our famous Street Parade, starting at the Savoia Hotel (corner of Main Rd & Sixth St). Gather from 11:30am to join the procession as it winds down to the Hepburn Mineral Reserve Sound Shell. Expect flags, costumes, music, and a whole lot of joy!
(Tip: fuel up first with a delicious brunch at one of Hepburn’s favourite cafés — Café Lotte, The Virgin, or Hepburn Café.)

12:45pm – Welcome to Country & Official Welcome
Join us at the Sound Shell as we begin the day with a Welcome to Country and opening address from the Swiss Italian Festa team.

1:00pm – 8:00pm – Carnivale in Full Swing!
Enjoy a full afternoon of live music and entertainment, food and beverage stalls, arts and crafts, kids’ activities, and historical demonstrations and talks celebrating our unique cultural roots.

7:30pm – Lantern Parade
As dusk settles, gather for the magical Lantern Parade, lighting up the evening with creativity and community spirit.

Approx. 8:30pm – Fireworks Finale!
End the night with a bang as fireworks illuminate the Hepburn sky — a dazzling finale to a day of celebration and connection.
